The Consortium of Ajlan & Bros Group with Al Rajhi International Company, NADEC and Olam International Group announced the acquisition of the Second Milling Company (MC2), at SR2.13 billion, on Tuesday 11/30/2021, at the headquarters of Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) in Riyadh.
Ajlan & Bros share amounts to 45%, Al Rajhi International Company 35%, NADEC 10%, in addition to Olam International with 10%.
